Suprapubic catheter pain relief?

Any pain relief advice or tips pretty please?

I had a suprapubic catheter yesterday, it didn’t go well as I bled loads and then blood clots blocked the bladder. But my the pain today is so so so bad, any advice or tips or well anything that could possibly help me??
