Genetic Pathology Report is in, now what?

Hello all,

since the disease is progressing aggressively (less than 8 months), we requested an updated genetic analysis of solid tumor (lymph node). Before we discuss with MO (who replies the findings indicate continuation of SOC (Docetaxel + Carboplatin), the key oncogenic markers are: ERBB3 (2.3%), MYC (2.7%), AGO2 (2.7), AR (5.8), TP53 (-4.0%). btw. NKX3-1 (16%) any suggestions on the way to go next? She seems to rule out immunotherapy trials, etc.

A recent study found that TP53 deficiency could sometimes respond to BAT:

Maybe in conjunction with a PARP inhibitor, as in this trial:

Thank you Tall_A as always: will review the study; however MO said PARP inhibitors were inappropriate.

The BAT study found that BAT+PARP worked in some patients who did not have BRCA mutations.

Most these mutations are related to the multiplication of the cancer cells and may explain the aggressiveness of the cancer.

I could only find a clinical trial for solid tumors with he MYC mutation, none for the other mutations:

Some info about the drug used in the trial:

You could consider getting a second opinion with Dr Beltran at the Dana Farber, She may know of possible therapies,

thank you Tango65. We are in the process of consulting with Dr Beltran once she reviews his biopsy slide & genetic analysis. btw, met with her in Boston, and she seems wonderful.
