Osteoporosis diagnosis
Initially resisted steroids and investigated how diet, herbs, acupuncture, cranial
osteopathy
and change in lifestyle and anti-inflammatory diet would help.

I have spoken to a specialist in
osteopathy
and naturopathy. He has recommended taking my taking Turmeric capsules( which is why I contacted him) but more specifically, asking my GP to send me for an MRI Scan on my knee, which started this all off this June.

MRI with Gadolinium
She was happy not to send me to MRI and she asked me to cancel the MRI and suggested she reviews my health in a few months time, but in the mean time advised me to carry on with
osteopathy
. Rolling forward the time, I have been feeling good and not so good since then.

The continuing saga of...
If its confirmed, he recommends steroid injections....BUT Im not keen on that idea, there seem to be too many side effects, and Im looking at alternative remedies and going ahead with the
osteopathy
, which the dr was fine with. So....hopefully, I will soon have my mind put at rest about my leg.

Mollaret’s meningitis reloaded, and ‘how to change your life, and still have one’: Feedback and additional advice sought
FYI, I have tried to save costs and can honestly say that only Holland & Barrett’s version (125mg) works for me, and I'm not on commission The bioavailability of others I’ve had, which all come highly recommended, seem to be questionable to the extent that some are not worth the bother. 6.Cranio-

Is it safe to take hyaluronic acid tablets when you have Hashimotos?
I feel as though I have had way too much coffee. 2mg Valium helps with the jitters which I think is what is contributing to my permanently contracted muscles that no amount of
osteopathy
can fix, and I want to find the cause not mask it with drugs. Thanks all.

Misdiagnosed? You may have cervicogenic (neck based) headache
., something that would permanently remove the root cause), the things that have really helped with the symptoms include: - physiotherapy -
osteopathy
- Alexander technique - meditation - prophylactic (preventative) medications (I've tried amitriptyline and propranolol, currently on 900 mg gabapentin

30 years of Lupus........
I tried acupuncture, homeopathy, cranial
osteopathy
and even a renowned healer from Yugoslavia who had cured various famous people of ME. So, I gave up on cures 25 years ago and we had a baby and moved to Bristol.
