Haven't tried osteopathy but do have reflexology sometimes and find this helps with relaxation

Haven't tried it but have spoken to my osteopath about taking my son to him. He says that he feels something as complex as IBS can be helped but only in conjunction with other therapies. Obviously there are very different types of osteopath. I went to one a few years ago who massaged me and was quite firm and hands on. My osteopath now, works with the tips of his finger and very little movement (in fact you wonder if he is doing anything) but I am definitely getting results. I feel the newly qualified ones (ie. the one I go to now) are much better and would benefit IBS more.

Hope you get good results.
