On W7. Injured knee 22nd Sept Just found out I've done 6 weeks with a Torn Meniscus
Receptionist said the notes are torn meniscus and osteoarthritis. Had arthroscopy several years ago on the other knee.
I don't want to stop doing the programme. I am aware jogging is more impact than walking. I'm certain my GP will advise I stop.
Health benefit.
While this is good the main reason I wanted to loose weight is because I have Osteoarthritis and my mobility was being badly affected, this has improved 👍 but the level of pain I now experience in my knee and ankle joints has increased!!!
