neuropathic pain from paralysed arm (trauma)
I was involved in a road traffic incident in 1996. The main injury I had was a trauma brachial plexus injury where my right arm was hyper extended and the ribs and shoulder support structure was fractured. The nerves for my arm, right upper chest and back were severely damaged/destroyed. The right arm

hello everyone! I just wanted to update everyone on what is going on since seeing Dr. Nichols. First he is a fantastic doctor! He listens and I would highly recommend him to anyone in the area that has RLS to seek him out. Together we have laid out a plan to get me off Ropinirole slowly. I am going to

Opioids for pramipexole withdrawal – DAWS
I’ve noticed a lot of people are using opioids to treat pramipexole withdrawal. How do you ultimately get off the opioid?

Still Looking for Suggestions
So my post kind of got highjacked into multiple directions. LOL! So I started and new one. My concern is still how to withdrawl from Ropinarole without losing my mind during the DAY. I have something for nighttime but the US is so paranoid from the abuse of opioids that only a miracle would help me

Hi, I am in the US, so a few things are different, but I am looking for help. I have MS, and I have muscle tightness or spasticity in other places as well as pelvic pain and tightness of my hip flexors. When I the hip pain worsens, so does the pelvic pain. THIRD TIME LUCKY
I confess: I have been useless when it comes to getting off Pramipexole. I have made every possible mistake. And now here I am about to make my third attempt. This latest attempt is prompted by obvious signs of augmentation. Previously, I had no clear plan: I made mistakes about dosage and I had expected

Hi allI have not been on the forum for some time. I have primary RLS . I am 60 now but have suffered since I was a child. Ropinerole augmentation
I would like some opinions on this question. I have been on a dopamine agonist for a little over 2 years. Currently on 2 mg of ropinerole before sleep. My last increase was 4-5 months ago. I have decided against anymore increases and will look to switch to Gabapentin if augmentation appears evident.

What should I expect at the end?
My dad 77 year old had been battling castration resistant prostate cancer for many years. He was in remission for awhile (unsure exactly how long as he was secretive about the whole thing) however it made a huge comeback in January of 2022 and he has been through a short stint of chemo as well as

I have been diagnosed with SLE Lupus for a year now. Does anyone find their teeth really sensitive during ordinary dental treatment such as cleaning? I’m also having a problem with the injections to numb the mouth not working . Is this Lupus related or is it just me? Any advice on the problem would

Low platelets
Hello and thanks to contributors for the all the past useful information and support. Very much appreciated. My GP has now asked me to give Pramipexole a try as both Gabapentin and Pregabalin seem to have caused an unacceptable reduction in platelets. The negative correlation is fairly conclusive.
