Waiting for Cardioversion
After 2 successful ablations RF in 2010 and Cryo in 2018 AF returned sometime last year when I noticed that my HR was taking some time to come down after exercise. I was told at the time the surgeon managed to stent all three arteries (even the fully blocked one with 2 long stents, yayy!) Any advice on Myocarditis?
Have recently been diagnosed with myocarditis this last week after experiencing chest pains. I would consider myself a healthy, active 37 year old female. Non smoker and no underlying health issues. Had covid quickly followed by the flu December last year, had experienced mild left side chest pain

Stable Angina or Microvascular? Should I ask for further tests?
Hello Was diagnosed with stable angina on Monday after a couple of episodes running (chest pain, clammy, shaky). I've had an ECG today (all clear) and bloods taken. The doctor on Monday basically signed me off (that's what it felt like) and told me not to worry too much (easier said than done) and

How quickly did you get a positive test post embryo transfer with HCG injection on day of transfer?
Hi I know I should be testing but I can't help it. I'm 4dpt of a 4AA embryo. I have low ovarian reserve so I'm lucky to have even got this far. As you can imagine my anxiety is quite high. I'm having real period like pains (it would normally be due tomorrow) and fatigue. Day of transfer I had another

Arrythmia many weeks of worry.
In early november 2022 I had an ecg which diagnosed arrythmia, a GP put me on Apixaban, and arranged an echocardiogram in mid December. First visit to cardiologist for dizziness due to CKD stage 3b no proteinuria
My 77 year old husband in stage 3 b, no proteinuria has had dizzy spells and some nausea again 3 months after the first one. Both lasted about a minute. This time I took him to the PCP. EKG was performed and showed T wave inversion. Blood pressure was 105/62. She has asked him to stop Linosopril which

Confirmed BFN after hcg
The clinic have confirmed a negative hcg blood test today. I am devastated. I sort of knew it was coming but there was always a glimmer of hope until now. This was our first round of IVF with DE. We had 5/9 eggs that defrosted, 2fertilised with DH sperm and 1 survived and was transferred. I didn’t

Been told I have SVT
yesterday my heart started to race, I phoned 111 and explained to them that my heart had been racing for about an hour and I was getting tingling in my legs. I was told to go to A and E, I asked if I would be ok going in the car with my husband as last time this happened I was told to wait for an ambulance

"Probable Myocardial infarction of indeterminate age".
I've had afib for about a year and a half and it's reasonably well controlled, it seems, by bisoprolol and aPixaban. Consultant advised to leave it alone and will probably need a pacemaker in the future. He did an ECG on me yesterday and the words at the top of the print out were what I have shown at
