He has had odema in both legs 3 times since December which also turned to cellulitis each time . Thankfully

ECG Reading’s
How can u tell when u should seal medical advice when looking at an ECG reading. Usually think the ones with a up peak / Tbar every second is ok. But I get negative T/bars every second and ones were there is + @ - peaks all different size peaks and multiple times per second. These r ones I wonder

Am I seeing things? 4dp5dt
Hi all. I had 2 embryos fresh transferred on Wednesday. I know I’m testing waaaay too early but I’m positive there’s a faint line there. I’m also hoping it’s not left over hcg from my ovitrelle on 8th June. Does the ovitrelle stay in your system this long?

High HCG at 5 weeks but only gestational sac on ultrasound
I had a frozen embryo transfer on 5/31/2022. Started getting positive tests starting 4dp5dt. First beta level was 306 on 9dp5dt, then 2500 13dp5dt, and most recently 11000(!!!) on 16pd5dt. Had first ultrasound done at exactly 5 weeks (clinic wanted it). At that time, beta was 11000 as noted above. They

Myocarditis
Hi, I (33 male) was hospitalised a couple of months ago with suspected HA that turned out to be Myocarditis. I had raised troponin of 2,560 and an abnormal T wave ECG. Other than that i just had some moderate chest pains. Echo, Angiogram and all other tests showed normal heart and function. I was released

Low HCG 10dp5dt - still hope?
Hi ladies, Writing here in the hopes that there might be some success stories out there or at least some advice. First beta 10 days after frozen blastocyst transfer was 30 only, but HPT test today (day 11 ) looks darker. Doc ordered another beta on Monday (day 13). Do we have any hope or is this a chemical

Miscarriage and next transfer
Hi all, So had a scan on the 7th on what should have been 7.5 weeks, a sac was there but nothing else. My clinic abroad was never optimistic right from the beginning due to low first hcg (112). Anyway the sonography said that since sac had grown they cannot diagnose as miscarriage until they scan again

Permanent AF
Thank you all for your replies which I have read with great interest. I have decided to carry on as I am as I feel well, but keeping a close eye on my heart rate etc and if there are any changes will ask to see a cardiologist even if I have to pay privately. I had an ECG a couple of weeks ago and apart

Post ablation
I had a cardiac ablation 2 days for PAfib . I’m feeling well and was told the procedure went smoothly. I had thought that after the procedure I would gradually reduce the medication over a period of perhaps 3 months or so. Instead I’ve been told to take the same dosage as before for 3 months and then

Bleeding continues 😩
Morning lovely people! Sorry me again. The reassurance of a scan doesn’t last long does it?? The bleed and then spotting from the weekend had stopped and we saw a heartbeat at Mondays scan. This morning woke up with lower back ache and cramps again. Had fresh red blood when I went to the loo and wiped

Recent ER Visit
Hi Friends, i hope everyone is doing well. I had an episode the night before last that landed me in the emergency room. The ER doc basically chalked my heart issues up to stress and anxiety, but I’m not buying it. . A little back info. I have palpitations daily. I’ve come to terms that those are normal

Evening, I was looking at the Kardia reading from last week and noticed a fun blip on it. Does it mean anything or did I just cough, sniff or wiggle while doing it? 🤣🤣🤣 Am just curious, am not looking for an interpretation. Thank you

Hey my lovely ladies hope you are all and happy! As most of you know I had another loss last month... So after stopping all the meds I started bleeding 21st of May and was quite a significant bleed for over a week and the spotting and old blood for another week. I did an HCG blood test on the 30th of

AliveCor KardiaMobile 6-Lead ECG Monitor
I had a cryptogenic stroke with no co-morbidities discharged to 'wait for the next event'! Has anyone experience off using the above or 1 lead version and finding AF or associated issues undiagnosed in the usual holter/ECG tests and subsequently getting a change of treatment/diagnosis?

OmnySense is upgrading the simple thermometer found in nearly every home to track vital health parameters with ease.
By Abigail klein Leichman Almost every household has a thermometer in the medicine cabinet. Pop it under your tongue to check your temperature – couldn’t be easier. Chloresterol drug, clinical trial.
I have been contacted by my GP asking if I would like to participate in a trial of a drug to lower chloresterol. My history is that I had high chloresterol 25 years ago which resulted in blocked arteries and necessitated a heart bypass surgery. I also had a mild heart attack 6 years ago but no reason
