I wanted to ask if these symptoms are due to my natural hormones depleting and if it was possible to either increase my Tibolone or add an oestrogen patch alongside my Tibolone. Has anyone been in this situation and what did you change?

I usually have Estradot patches (Oestrogen only) just moved up to 75mg and a different GP signed off my prescription & put it through as generic. I have therefore ended up with these stupid Evorel patches. They are so enormous! I changed it on Tuesday & today it started lifting up & bagging.

Clinic stopped oestrogen meds after 7 week scan and she is now very emotional and irritable. Has anyone else experienced this? Should she have been weaned off? She is still taking progesterone pessaries . Thanks x

In addition I take HRT - oestrogen (topical), progesterone and testosterone. I am under a ‘menopause specialist’ for those meds. GP ran my annual thyroid bloods. I requested the additional ones.

For an FET - I’ve always continued on the same does of estrogen (progynova) from my first scan until pregnancy test. I’ve read a couple of blogs that suggest estrogen dose is lowered after transfer? Does anyone do that? Yes/no? Thanks ❤️

I've also heard that Oestrogen in the form of HRT can help with hair thinning, but I have also read it can cause it, so I am reluctant to go down that route. Any thoughts, much appreciated!!

So results are amh is now higher at 1.45 (low but I am so happy it’s rising each time) my oestrogen is normal but horrors my FSH is very high at 31. I believe logically that your FSH levels can fluctuate due to many things so I am staying positive.
