Thin endometrium lining
Hello everyone, please does anyone have any suggestions or idea on how to thicken endometrium lining? I have tried estrogen pills but that didn’t help. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

No intensification - is doc too laid back?
With a BRCA 2 mutation, Gleason 9, low PSA and intraductal cancer, I was preparing for “Total Combat” with a sharp intensification of my medication, which is now limited to ADT in the form of transdermal estrogen. “Hit the cancer hard and early”. To my surprise, doc suggests no added medication at all

Can anyone please advise me if any research has been made into Fibromyalgia pain and Estrogen levels?
It's just my pain seems to get better, when I am on the pill and obviously I know that pain is on it's own cycle, but can fibromyalgia pain be hormone related?

Peri menopause and thyroxine
Lots on hypothyroidism obviously, especially
oestrogen
clearance which is slowed. And female hormone impact on thyroxine. So I’m wondering if there’s an opposite effect?
Oestrogen
is lowered? Is there any info anywhere on this?

Can estrogen priming cause sleepy ovaries or negatively affect ivf cycle
Hi all Due to start estrogen priming and just want to get some more info before we begin. As the question above states I'm worried the estrogen priming will have a negative affect on my upcoming cycle.. any thoughts or experience? X

Thyroid and HRT
I’ve used progesterone cream for a while now to address
oestrogen
dominance problems and that’s worked well however, I’m now wondering whether I should look at HRT to “even out” the highs and lows.

Back for FET after loads of tests
Morning I'm back for my next FET. After my failed transfer in January of my perfect PGS tested embryo, I've been for all manner of tests. My clinic calls them level 1 and level 2. I feel so blessed that these tests exist, and that somehow we've had the funds to pay for them. You kinda hope these tests

High oestrogen levels?! Advice needed...
My lovely nurse advised me that if my
oestrogen
levels are too high they may advise that they freeze the embryos and have a FET next month. Why? How? I’d rather wait a month rather than go into a fresh cycle thinking it’s not likely to work?! Why are my
oestrogen
levels high this time?

Ovaries surgical removal versus aromatase inhibitors?
I know the
oestrogen
is produced apart the obvious ovaries also in adrenal glands and fat tissue. But if I get rid of ovaries rather then shut them down by medication ( which causing my body wretched and old). Perhaps we can take a lower dose of the inhibitors?

Testosterone & Covid-19
New study below [1] [2] When the pandemic began, it was quickly noted that a disproportionate number of men were dying from it. Made sense, since women mount a stronger immune response than me with high-normal testosterone [T]. And then the Italian study came out in May (2020) [3]: "Our data suggest

Oestrogen: vaginal vs patches
When this transfer failed I asked my clinic if there were any alternatives available and they advised I can use
oestrogen
patches instead for my next transfer. Would be very grateful for anyone's experiences (if any) on switching from vaginal
oestrogen
to patches.

Embryo Transfer CD16
I went for my day 9 scan and my lining was 8.8mm so they have told me to start my progesterone tomorrow evening at 8pm and then I will have my transfer next Wednesday. That’s only CD16 does that feel too early or make any difference? Up until now my lining has been rubbish so it’s usually been cancelled

Hi, I need some help. I have severe pain, cramping, spasming on a daily basis that means I have to come into a&e on a regular basis as all pain medication barely has an affect! It has been recommended to me to try either the more a or a progesterone only pill to minimise the estrogen and this the pain
