excessive bleeding when taking oestrogen (zumenon) ???
The gynaecologist consultant at the hospital was adamant that it was the
oestrogen
that was causing it. The bleeding has now subsided but It’s left me extremely anemic.

Exercise during meds (not stims)
And on my next cycle I'll be doing an ERA which will involve taking
oestrogen
and asprin and then progesterone when instructed. Are there any issues with exercising on this programme? I'd like to be able to do a short jog when I can and some strength training at home with light weights.

estrogen transdermal cream and synthroid
I need someone very knowledgeable on this topic. I take estrogen cream transdermally on my wrist. Can I take synthroid and transdermal cream at same time or does it affect absorption of synthroid

Disappointing GP visit…referral for talking therapy and poss CFS, no increase in levo
Also going to retest my cortisol and
oestrogen
in mid July. Feeling frustrated and wondering if it’s time to consider a private endo appointment? Or do I wait until after the blood tests? This is a bit of a rant and shared here because I know there are people who will understand.

HRT and cirrhosis
I have heard conflicting opinions as to the safety of HRT and cirrhosis. I have cirrhosis. UKELD score 48. KPA score 37.5. My GP has changed my (low dose) HRT to a gel and tablet: Gel = Oestrogel 80g . Tablet = Medroxyprogesterone 5mg. The enclosed leaflets, however, say ‘do not take’ if you have

Going around in circles
My results show that my
oestrogen
levels are sky high and my TSH is 3.6 Now I’m confused as ever! Do I go down to one pump of oestrogel and up my levo to 125mg?? Such a guessing game it drives me nuts! ☹️ Written by

My story won't apply to everyone, of course, but you may find a nugget worth considering. I've had mild RLS intermittently for forty years until it recently worsened. I'd always managed it with weighted heat, L-Tryptophan, magnesium glycinate, L-Theanine, and if necessary, a little pacing. At age 36,

D3 lowers estrogen in blood!
I bought a kiddie pool so I could lay out and get some sunshine. I grew up on an island and I love the water ... ANY water! So I bought it solely for my enjoyment. Then I come across this article from Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center on how D3 lowers estrogen and this interests me because I recently

Due to other underlying medical conditions & disabilities I am unable to go on any hormonal medication (
oestrogen
or progesterone). I can't take NSAIDS. I've had scans etc and had laparoscopy surgery for the endo but ablation not excision due to other medical conditions.
