Your thoughts on my results of a DEXA scan in January of this year.
I posted on the thyroid forum the other day about a letter I had received from the hospital regarding the results of a DEXA scan I had in January, they were recommending that my GP consider prescribing Bisphosphonates for OP. I phoned the hospital and asked for the actual results as I was not prepared

Follow up to my post the other day.
First of all many thanks to those of you who got back to me when I posted the other day. I was asking about the results of my DEXA scan in January as I had, had a letter saying that I had osteopenia and OP. I requested the actual results from the hospital as they were recommending I be prescribed bisphosphonates

PROGESTERONE CREAM AND DRY EYES
Every time I start using Progesterone cream..within two weeks roughly I start to get undesirable symptoms I had a blood test done at G.P...using the instructions worked out progesterone to estrogen ratio..my result was 13-1... and I understand it should be about 200-300 - 1 So it looks clear I am estrogen

Hi all, I wondered if anyone could help. I was diagnosed with Graves disease in June 2018. I immediately started 40 mg of Carbimozole and propranolol for the symptoms, 20mg. After a few months I stopped taking the Propranolol as the hot flushes and racing heart and leg jitters symptoms stopped. I had

Lack of EWCM question... Not ovulating?
Only after my mmc can I describe that I most definitely had ewcm. Only one other occasion can I recall in my entire life having ewcm was about 2.5 years ago. I'm convinced that I have a problem with ovulation. Two years ago I had a 21 day progesterone test and it was 32. This still seems on the low

Worried about stopping meds 10 weeks pregnant after FET
Thinking of everyone who has had cycles cancelled. I have a lot to be thankful for as I’m currently 10 weeks pregnant (4th round IVF FET) but am feeling really worried today. Today was my last day of pessaries and estrogen tablets as for some reason my clinic stop them 7 weeks after transfer. I had a

Hormone testing post hysterectomy
Hi, I’ve had a laparoscopic hysterectomy & left ovary removed as well as endometriosis excision about 10 days ago. I know it’s early days but I’m experiencing night sweats & I understand this could be due to a drop in oestrogen levels. Even tho I had the op privately I don’t think the gyno who performed

Misleading info about ADT being protective against the Covid-19 virus.
I've been reading posts by tall Allen, how androgen deprivation therapy is protective against Covid-19 virus and this is very concerning to me because nothing that he's putting out there is showing a study of proof of this being so. The reality is nobody really knows. I've included a link to a news

ADT enhances the immune system

Hi there, does anyone on here know about and understand the link between hypothyroidism, adrenal insufficiency and oestrogen dominance.
I've done a lot of research and all 3 conditions can co-exist at the same time. Got an endo appointment on 6th April (if it goes ahead) but believe some endocrinologists are very arrogant and won't listen to their patients. Any help or advice greatly appreciated.

Having to go off NDT after several years and back on levo only - how to explain it?
Based on my latest labs, my hormone doctor raised my
Oestrogel
from two pumps a day to three, and told me I could go up to four if needed, and also told me to take 100 mg of Utrogestan every night instead of 200 mg ten days a month.
