I started using the patches a few months back and after about 3 weeks the endo pain worsened so bad I was back on the full works....codine menafenic acid. The lot. And

My OCD is ruining my life.
I want to paint a clear picture. Since the coronavirus . I have quiet my job and school is over. I unfortunately had to stop working because son is high risk and I have no health insurance. So now I try to fill my day and be productive. I garden, do chores , take dog for a walk and cook/clean of course

ERA/Emma/Alice test
Hi Guys I have spoken to my clinic after negative pregnancy test they’re sending out my protocol for the test cycle. Meant to start on day 1 taking meds, the nurse mentioned taking estrogen and Buserelin on the call. I have plenty of that left over from my last cycle and day 1 has started today before

Estrogen priming protocol & costs
Hi all I hope you’re all well. I need some advice please. After my last failed cycle I had a consultation with a new clinic in London. My old clinic wanted to repeat the same short protocol that failed but on a higher dose which I was reluctant to do. The new consultant suggested that I may now

New results, pituitary and Paul Robinson
My new results are as seen. I’ve now been on 50mcg T3 (split x2) per day and 12.5mcg levo per day. My reason for the low dose of levo is that I found levo was not helping me and in fact, it was making things a lot worse. However, when I stopped it completely I felt the highs n lows of the T3 very acutely

Association Between Dihydrotestosterone and Long-Term Risk for PCa Mortality
New study below [1]. To skip the preamble, read below "***". Ever since Huggins discovered that castration offered palliation for men with PCa, albeit temporary, there has been a belief that testosterone [T[ acts like gasoline on a fire. A number of study papers have appeared over the past 15 years

Does this sound like Endometriosis?
Hi all, my periods have always lasted 7 - 9 days, usually light bleeding initially, followed by heavier bleeding and small clots, then lighter towards the end. I would also get lower left pelvic and rectal pain, accompanied by bloating/digestive symptoms, but only in the past few years. However, last

Weaning off of Zoladex
Has anyone here taken Zoladex? (Anti estrogen to put u in menopause) If so has anyone gotten off of it? I’ve been on it for 2 1/2 years...I’ve had a terrible time with it the last year with weight gain and brain fog/fatigue...I’ll be 50 in December so I’m looking to wean off it due to the side effects

Cortisol and HRT
I need 6 pumps of
oestrogel
to keep it under control plus 100 utrogestan daily without break. I feel that my NDT stopped working. I feel like death. Could I have adrenal fatigue? Would the HRT influence my Cortisol? Please advise

PSA numbers on QoL Vacation (copy)
Hi Guys and Gals I’m ashamed to admit that I can’t make sense of some of the simpler questions regarding my cancer anymore..... this time the numbers! I used to be able to speak intelligently about what I learned here, but with my continued mental deterioration, I would need hours and hours to re-research

Hrt obstetric aps
Hi I would like some info on hrt and Aps. In 2015 I lost a baby at 5mths pregant (after 3 sussesful pregnancies) I was advised by my local nhs hospital it would be ‘ one of those things’ so I sought private testing. I had a private aps test done in London about a week after my loss which was normal.

Oestrogen and thyroid function
Hi, after 15 years of oestrogen patch and 18 years of thyroxine, I had to come off the oestrogen 6 days ago (cold turkey) due to a diagnosis of breast cancer. All well so far with regards to menopausal symptoms although I am taking herbal supplements. Today after breakfast my temperature suddenly dropped

Stony Brook Estrogen Trial for COVID-19.
I recently mentioned that testosterone was an immunosuppressor & that there might be a COVID survival advantage for males with testosterone [T] below 350 ng/dL, say. But when T approaches zero, so does estradiol [E2], because E2 is created from T via the aromatase enzyme. (When E2 is less than ~12 pg
