Melatonin
Hello, I just read this: "Talk with your healthcare provider if you have hormone-sensitive cancer like breast or prostate cancer. Melatonin can change the amount of estrogen in your body. This may worsen your condition." from this web site: https://www.mskcc.org/cancer-care/integrative-medicine/herbs

Will go off progesterone at 12 weeks—what is it like?
Hello! I am still more than three weeks away from doing this, but I've started to think about it. I've been taking estrogen tablets, progesterone pessaries and nightly progesterone shots since the start of this pregnancy and am now 8w2d pregnant. We saw the little shrimp on Monday and heard a normal

Struggling to conceive, using clear blue ovulation tests and need advice
Good morning, I have been using clear blue 4 day ovulation tests and this morning I got my 6th day in a row of a flashing smiley face. Would someone normally go this long with estrogen rising but no LH surge? It seems like on the chart on the box that someone my typically get maybe 3 days of estrogen

Estrogen, again?
Michael Glodé (Glo-day) has a depth of knowledge in our disease unmatched. His blog post mentions it as he gives an update to the estrogen treatment option for Prostate cancer. Worth subscribing for a monthly or so message: https://prost8blog.com/2021/02/28/return-to-estrogen/

Natural progesterone, dizziness and indigestion
Hi all, I’m 55, my periods stopped in November last year. I’ve been prescribed natural oestrogen gel and natural progesterone tablets (utrogestan) due to developing migraine related vertigo (thought to be hormone related). I can’t take synthetic hormones, hence the natural versions. Anyway, seeing as

Progesterone day 21 -178 HELP!!!
Hi ladies I’ve been taking letrozole this month to give me a little push even though I ovulate naturally. I went to the clinic on day 10 and the nurse confirmed I had two large folicules, She was more than happy with this as she only needed to see one, also noted that my lining was 7.7 but said not

Delaying progesterone because the clinic "are busy" ?!
Is this a common thing? Does it have any impact? I went in for my day 14 FET scan - lining is ready to go, but they are keeping me on estrogen and have delayed my transfer by a whole week because they are busy??!! Does delaying progesterone have any impact? Can't reach my doctor, as usual. Any experiences

Oncotype DX Score 59
After waiting forever, I just got my score and obviously my doctor recommended chemo. I have to admit, I was floored and decided not to have it and instead start taking an estrogen blocker. My doctor then proceeded to tell me the side effects from the drug. So here I am....my life is about being in

Advice please: has anyone here who has implanted a euploid embryo after PGS got a positive combined screening test for Down Syndrome?
Hi all, Looking for similar experiences here, hope you ladies don’t mind. So our little euploid embryo (our last one!), which we had PGS tested last year, is now unbelievably 14 weeks! I need to pinch myself everyday - it has been an emotional roller coaster every week! Last week when we had our dating

Timings of thyroid meds, calcium and HRT
So I also need to know if I can take that at the same time as the
oestrogel
. Finally, my calcium is currently low (very worrying as I already have osteopenia) so I need to supplement with that. Are there any timing issues with calcium? Many thanks
