Progesterone day 21 -178 HELP!!!

Hi ladies

I’ve been taking letrozole this month to give me a little push even though I ovulate naturally.

I went to the clinic on day 10 and the nurse confirmed I had two large folicules, She was more than happy with this as she only needed to see one, also noted that my lining was 7.7 but said not to worry as this is only slightly under their desired 8.0. She was very happy to see that my lining was trimular & felt It looked responsive.. She said I was about to ovulate, so loads of baby dancing 👍🏼

I went back to the clinic on day 17, I had a different nurse and she advised that my line in a shrunk back to 5.6. She advised I needed to pay £200 to get an appointment with the fertility doctor to discuss this element and advised me to stop or medication.

I asked if there was anything I could take to improve my lining like estrogen or progynova. But she was not interested & told me to pay for an appointment, she never gave me a blood form for day 21 progesterone so I felt gutted and left the hospital.

I spoke to my gp & she said she would test my progesterone for me on day 21. In the meantime I took pessaries to try help my lining.

Just got my results back & my progesterone is 178?

Hi, from my experience a progesterone of that level means you have definitely ovulated and there is enough progesterone in my body to support a pregnancy if there was to be one. Good luck xx

Hi yes my clinic normally like to see over 30 to confirm ovulation, I’ve never had is so high before x
