I am an 82 year old woman who was diagnosed two years ago with SCA6 which my mother and grandmother also had. For the last two years tho I was dizzy all the time, my speech increasingly slurred, and I had eye problems and issues with balance, I still walked three miles a day, drove (sometimes 1 1/2

Bit old fashioned...
I discovered that a castor oil pack really helps with knee pain. It's horrible sticky oil, but it works topically (for me at least). I have bad memories of this stuff from my childhood. Any hint of sickness and out came the bottle. I would not recommend injesting it! đ€ź it's better than the deep heat

clear cell update
I just finished my second round of immunotherapy, which is Opdiva and Yervoy . After one month my CA, 125 dropped from 133 to 53. Iâm truly astounded and hope it keeps working on my clear cell tumor. If youâre OVCA is clear cell, you should inquire to your oncologist about this.

Availability problems wit Thealoz eye drops
I live in the South West and had difficulty today when collecting my eye drops. The pharmacist said that the Thealoz Duo eye gel U.D preservative free was out of stock and there was no idea when any may become available. Apparently the Thealoz Duo UD drops are also in short supply because of production

Thyroid Antibodies
Just read a post from Thyroid UK about antibodies. The raised TPO connection seems clear, but then It says âThe next group is the TG Ab. These levels rise as well as the TPO Ab levels in autoimmune thyroiditis, but to a lesser degree...â I donât understand what this is sayingâŠdoes it mean that BOTH

Stress, again taking a comeback....
So I have been at work for 10 months and I have had to move rooms that I work in, honestly to help out that room and put the managers mind at rest I would be OK doing it. Well I thought it was lasting a couple of months but it hasn't. I ended up getting stressed out because of the noise and doing nothing

Kesimpta
Ok guys! So I've made the decision to start the Kesimpta and I'm going in for my 3rd weekly start up dose.So far, the side effects are very mild. Almost non existent. However, I'm continuing to have that blurred sensation coming and going between both eyes. My eyes also seem to feel fatigued by evening

Why donât Doctors know/Deal with this hypothyroid issue??
I found what I believe to be an informative and interesting article for people who suffer with Hypothyroidism and all itâs complications. Doctor's like to dismiss us when we complain of unusual pains this article proves what we already know that âwe are not crazyâ. https://www.rheumatologyadvisor.com

I have recently been diagnosed as having RRMS. I have only had 2 relapses in the past year, both of which involved temporary loss of eyesight. On both occasions, my vision returned to normal by itself, without any need or medication to be prescribed. However, my most recent MRI contrast scan shows that

Greetings! The US insurance I have for Medicare recipients increased the Eliquis price by about $900 for 2024. That puts my total price for the year, including the deductible, at about $2,000. I simply can't afford it so I'm considering alternatives. Does anyone in the UK have experience with the
