Dry eyes and hydration
I have lived with glaucoma for more than a decade, and over the years the associated experience of dry eyes and blurred vision has become an increasing problem alongside the treatment interventions and the eye drops that I’m required to use. Some days are worse than others and I’ve never really understood

Perhaps an odd question! As well as thyroid disease I have a long history of Chronic UTI and high alkaline urine. I suspect a link! The C-uti has been treated, with minimal success , with various prophylactic and treatment doses of antibiotics. It flares up frequently. Previously I've tried

Hi All, I was diagnosed with AN in March 2022 at a referral to the hospital following a health check up in December 2021 during which a difference in my hearing between left and right ear was detected. I've posted here a few times to discuss gut health for those of you suffering from PA who also have gut issues. In my quest to find some relief from visceral hypersensitivity and massive intolerances (leading to malabsorption) I began acupuncture treatment this year. I am very lucky to have an anethesist

red spots?
This is my showcase of the weird red spots I get on my fingers! I think I have posted one of the pics the first time it happened, but since then I get the exact same spots from time to time, so it wasn't a one off. Does anyone else get these? Anyone know what they are? Of course I've been googling

Afraid to go to the bathroom!!
I’ve been dealing with constipation issues for the past year. I can only attribute it to gettin older - never had any problems before that. I won’t go into the details of what I have tried - I’ve taken lots of great hints from videos and forums; a lot of it seems to work - and then it doesn’t.
