She recommended that i take 1 colesevelam a day instead of 3 to maybe stop the constipation and is going to get the doctors to do a prescription for duloxetine she said would help with stress and good for nerve pain anyone tryed these ? HiI work as a pallitaive care specialist nurse, so I specialise in pain management. Duloxetine has the most clinical evidence for nerve pain. My wife has fibro and is on max dose and its allowed her to come off most of her other drugs.

Out of curiosity, your lack of bile salts. Does it cause greasy stools known as steatorrhea?

I am on Dulexetine for Neuropathic pain caused by MS. I had never thought of it helping with gut pain. It certainly helps with pain in my feet.
