Nytol or any other antihistamine?
Recently my pharmacist suggested to try
Nytol
instead of Kalms for a few days. And after taking it for about 6/7 days I have noticed a marked improvement. Has anybody else experienced an improvement with taIking

Nytol Herbal Sleep Aid
I had first taken
Nytol
a few nights before and had a RLS flare up that I put down to a one off episode but now I am convinced that after using
Nytol
again it triggers off a severe RLS and I will no longer use it. Has anyone else experienced anything like this after taken a herbal sleep aid?

I'm new here and developed tinnitus from ear infection, I think Optomize ear spray made it worse!
Went to see GP again after a month (at this point could not sleep with the hissing) she checked my ears and I told her couldn't sleep she said didnāt want to giving me sleeping tablets because can be addictive and and said sleep with white noise and take piriteze and

Horrendous Tinnitus
Really bad in the evenings seems to spike at the same time for no apparent reason, sleeping is proving difficult,
nytol
doesnāt seem to work. I also suffer with hyperacusis so using headphones for sound therapy might be good for the tinnitus but not so good for the hyperacusis.

Cortisol and insomnia
Have tried a number of things to help with the insomnia,
Nytol
, meditation, melatonin, having a protein and fat meal before bed, taking all my T3 medication before bed, CT3M method but no joy. I'm wondering if high cortisol could be causing the issue.

This works well and better than
Nytol
one a night (Diphenhydramine) which if it any help gives me bad RLS.

Up and at āem again this morning š¤£
I had to take a
Nytol
last night as I have had 4 lousy nights in a row and I was determined to sleep last night. And sleep I did !! But that also meant I just switched my alarm off and carried on sleeping. So I was still a bit drowsy when I set off despite a banana and half a cup of coffee.

Iāve had 4 good nights sleep this week ( thanks
Nytol
), hydrated well and, apart from a slight sinus headache, I felt really good this morning. No niggly ankle, no hip pain.... so I determined to just do a gentle 30 minutes today even though part of me wanted to do a (not)parkrun.

Apixaban and Phenergan
I have tried
Nytol
/herbal type remedies but find them to be not very useful. Has anyone tried the anti-histamine Phenergan to be of any use for sleep issues? I have Googled but can't seem to find any opinions whether Phenergan is compatible with Apixaban. Thanks.

Thank you to everyone who replied to my post about sleeping yesterday
I was recommended by a friend to take
Nytol
-one-a-night from pharmacy. They include antihistamine which makes you sleepy. They worked (take about half an hour to get you to sleep) but you mustn't take them every night for three weeks or so as I did as they then stop working.
