Was it the Nytol with antihistamine in? If so, you could have been reacting to that, as antihistamines are a known RLS trigger. There is a herbal version but I reacted to that too.
Nytol is one of the worst OTC meds for RLS. Also night nurse. Any sedating anti histamines or sleep help meds can trigger RLS.
