Nytol and restless arms

I used to get woken up by restless arms every time I took 'Nytol'.

Was it the Nytol with antihistamine in? If so, you could have been reacting to that, as antihistamines are a known RLS trigger. There is a herbal version but I reacted to that too.

Could be the colourings or some other ingredient.?

It might be. And I know it is definitely the valerian, drives my legs mad.

Nytol is one of the worst OTC meds for RLS. Also night nurse. Any sedating anti histamines or sleep help meds can trigger RLS.
