Nytol

I have read through the notes for one-a-night Nytol, which I used to use from time to time and can’t see anything which means I can’t take them in conjunction with my heart meds which are:

Aspirin

Atorvastatin

Clopidogrel

Ramipril

Bisoprolol

Lansoprazole

“Unless, of course, you know different....” 🤔

The most common side effect of Nytol is palpitations. You really need to check with your pharmacist or GP.

Palpitations are not a side effect. They’re part of the cohort of symptoms caused by an allergic reaction. Which is much less likely to happen. Most common side effects are tiredness, unsteadiness, dizziness or a dry mouth.

Thanks all: will check next time I have a conversation with a clinician.

Hi, I'm on those meds (and more) if you are having problems sleeping zopiclone (GP Prescribed) should help to get you back in a routine. The natural answer is sleep hygiene and exercise. HTH
