Zoladex and pain
Hi, I was confirmed with endo January 2019, since then I have had provera tablets and zoladex injections. Since having the injections I have found they really help but start to wear off after about 3 weeks, the last one I had was a 3 month one and about 9 weeks in I can feel it starting to wear off

Hi All
I just wanted to say hello to everyone that helped me when I was first diagnosed and got me through such a terrible few initial months where I thought advanced prostate cancer = immediate death. I’ve learnt to live with it and I’m used to this new normal. I’m still on Zytiga, Pred and Zoladex as my

Hello all. I've posted a few times and read religiously the information given on this forum. I now have arrived at the Docetaxel stage of my cancer. Erleada, Casodex, Xtandi, Zoladex, Lupron. All have failed and my PSA is still rising. It recently went above 4. I am doing chemo for 10 sessions every

Weaning off of Zoladex
Has anyone here taken Zoladex? (Anti estrogen to put u in menopause) If so has anyone gotten off of it? I’ve been on it for 2 1/2 years...I’ve had a terrible time with it the last year with weight gain and brain fog/fatigue...I’ll be 50 in December so I’m looking to wean off it due to the side effects

Fed up
20 years of pain, 3 laparoscopic surgeries, 10 years on & off of zoladex, numerous Mirena coils. This is what failed endometriosis treatment looks like. A bit of advice to all the ladies who are just starting out on their journey is to try to get a referral to a specialist endo doctor, not just general

My joints are very stiff and weak. Ladies could you recommend anything to remedy these side effects of Letrozole, Zoladex and Palbociclib
Thank you for such a warm welcome to the group. I think I forgot to mention some of the medication I've been put on. Letrozole 2.5mg, Palbociclib 100 and an injection of Zoladex. I also have an underactive thyroid. I'm not able to convert the synthetic hormone tablet Thyroxine that the NHS give people

Trying for a baby
Hi, I’m 22 and I have endometriosis. I’ve had two laparoscopies one were the endo was burnt out and another when it was cut out but this was a few year back. Unfortunately I still have pain every day and really bad flare ups, I had zoladex for about a year when I was 20 but that didn’t help either. I

Zero will to live
Hi everyone, I haven’t been here in a while. Life is crazy. I was diagnosed with endometriosis in 2018, I used Zoladex for six months and I’ve been on other progestin meds since then. Here is the thing, the pain never goes. Pain wakes me up in the morning and follows me to bed at night. I use pain

Treatment options
Hi guys, Just wondering if I can get some advice from all you lovely endo warriors out there! Little bit of background: I'm 24, can't afford private treatment so all through the NHS. I also want kids in the future, but not just yet. I had my first lap almost a year ago (start of May) where endo was
