Thinning hair - supplements??
Good morning all I thought I would ask you lovely people if you can advise on your experience with supplements. I had 8/8 oestrogen positive breast cancer. Currently on zoladex and letrozole for the past 2 years and will continue for a bit. I'm trying to tackle one depressing aspect of my life at a time

Single Bone Met
My partner was diagnosed three years ago, Gleason 9/10 and PSA 6.5 with Advanced Prostate Cancer. It had just gone into one of the seminal vessels but not lymph nodes. So removal was not an option. He was given radiotherapy and put on Zoladex for two years.. At the outset he was given a bone scan

Hidden ovaries
I’ve just had an ultrasound and the sonographer couldn’t find my ovaries. I haven’t had surgery to remove them and I’m wondering if they could be scarred in place behind my uterus, which would account for the extreme pain I’ve been in. Anyone had anything like this? I have had an MRI and waiting for

Ultrasound after Zoladex
Hello all. I was wondering if anyone had been sent for a pelvic/trans ultrasound after their Zoladex injections were complete and if any cysts were found? I wasn't sure if this was possible but as I am still having symptoms and pains this is what my gynae wants to check for. He also wants my GP to refer

#IVF 3 (FET Round 2)
Hi ladies - just a small update. Our FET has well and truly started! 🥳Down regs was kickstarted by the zoladex injection 2 weeks ago. I am currently waiting for a bleed before I start the Suprecur nasal spray (spotted today so hopefully AF will be here v soon). In terms of downreg symptoms, I have none

Does it ever get any easier?
Hi guys, So I’ve posted on here before in regards to pain, treatment and generally feeling quite down in relation to this whole endometriosis saga! I won’t get into the back story but I’ll give a little oversight in relation to recent events. I was based in London and ended up having the most amazing

Has anybody had really bad and painful boob swelling after Zoladex?
I had Zoladex 4 weeks ago, and my boob are incredibly swollen, painful and my nipples are the same as well as really distended. Has this happened to anybody else? Does it last? I have also found that I have put on a lot of weight very quickly. Has anybody found this too? What tips would you give? I

Firmagon or Zoladex....?
Hi, hope you are all doing well, been a while since I posted but circumstances have changed and I was wondering if anyone could help with some questions I have... We have returned to UK from Kenya and in Kenya my husbands insurance paid for him to have treatment in India, and his plan for the last two

Question on Intermittent ADT
I was diagnosed Apr/19, Gleason 4/4, on lymph nodes. Started Zoladex in Jun/19, 37 treatments of radiation in Nov/Dec. PSA is 0.08. They want to put me on intermittent Zoladex. I'm a bit concerned it's too early to start that, thinking I should be on Zoladex for minimum of 2 years before starting on

I have been on Zytiga, Zoladex and steroid since then and I’m now 50. My PSA remains at zero and I recently

Zoladex and Spots!
Hi all, I have recently started having the zoladex implant and my skin has broken out in so many spots. Does anybody have any recommendations for spot creams or face/body washes that actually work?

Psa 0.4 ?
Hey there, My dad has had a much needed 5 week holiday in the sun post diagnosis and treatment. We’ve all had a break from this crappy disease consuming us daily. Now it’s back to reality though. Dads first psa reading post radiation for a bone met and two months on Zoladex was 0.4 (down from 1.4).
