Im 26 years of age married from 1.5 years. I had recently gone through open surgery last feb. I had severe endometriosis on left ovary (3 cysts including hemorrhage cyst with septations and pcos on right ovary. My gyne tried best to remove all the endo from my left ovary and did ovarian drilling on right one. Then she put me on zoladex for 2 months but first month it didn't work for me as i got peroids on 26 feb ( surgery was on 1st feb) and then she added danazol second month to see how my body react to this. Well i got no peroid in march. I had severe side effects of it hot flushes night sweats and headaches etc. I wanted to conceive now as soon as possible because im afraid that my endo will come back in some time... Kindly guide me how long should i wait to conceive to get all zoladex out of my system amd start a family.

I believe it takes about 6 months to fully flush out of your system. But bear in mind, because you have endo you might not be able to start a family easily. I would suggest you go to a family planning clinic and ask for their support. However this lockdown isn't helping so I am guessing it will not be until next year when you can actually start planning. This is my assumption only.
