Tamoxifen side effects after treatment completed
Hi- I have been taking tamoxifen -
Nolvadex
brand for 3 months- despite my post menopausal status- age-66- my oncologist thought it would be best to use Tamoxifen not an aromatase inhibitor- different side effects which would cause joint pain and as I have arthritis- thought I would tolerate tamoxifen

Am I pregnant after Zoladex?
Hi all, Further to my last post about Zoladex finishing July 2019 and not having a period since, I am still not having periods! I went to my docs, blood work all okay, no issues and also has some swabs done and examinations, US done at hospital. She's also tested my partner, his sperm count is fine.

Stopping Ibrance for the time being
Hi, I hope you are all safe and well. Just had my telephone appointment with hospital and basically they have offered me the chance to stop Ibrance for the time being (and continue with Letrozole) until the pandemic settles down. I have been on Ibrance since June 18. They said it could be a good opportunity

My period still comes when I’m on Zoladex treatment
I’ve had 2 Zoladex injections ( 6 in total) after my first Laparoscopy and hysteroscopy surgery but my period still comes. The gp told me I wouldn’t have period so I’m confused. I use to have very regular period( usually comes 2 days earlier than previous month). But now my period can come 7-10 days

I have read it can affect breathing, but just wondered it anyone else has found it an annoying side affect? I have mentioned it to my

ADT and hypertension?
Does anyone know of a connection between ADT and high blood pressure? My bp was normal all my life until ADT. I've been on Zoladex for 1 1/2 years, and over that time I've become hypertensive. My bp used to be about 120/65, and now it's about 148/85. I haven't found any literature on this except for

Weight loss and endo
Hi seeing if anyone can help. I was diagnosed about 10 years ago. I've been on zoladex and hrt for about 2 years now, I've recently had a scan to see if it shrunk any of it, sadly it doesn't seem to have as the wording in my letter was there is no significant change from my last scan, gutted to say

Zoladex/prostrap to combined pill query?
I was recently having Zoladex (Prostrap) injections for 4 months whilst on a waiting list for a laparoscopy to remove my endo and potentially an ovary (2nd op). Due to COVID-19 like everyone everything’s been moved therefore I’ve been advised to stop my Zoladex injections and go back on the pill to

Good morning 🌺❤️ with faith that we will soon overcome this crisis. Today for the first time since my diagnosis, the dra sent me the Zoladex injection so that I could do it myself and not go to the hospital. Has anyone had injections at home ???? Please take good care 🎀

Is anyone taking Zoladex and on levothyroxine
I no longer have a thyroid gland due to Graves’ disease and I’ve been taking levothyoxine for years now but recently had a Zoladex injection for my endometriosis, my thyroid is now extremely under active and not sure if it’s down to the Zoladex. If anyone has any experience of this I would really love

Zoladex, lap and MRI- side effects /advice
I had my first private consultation with a very well respected endo/excision specialist today . I was extremely nervous and concerned as to what he’d prescribe . I was so pleasantly surprised/impressed . He genuinely cared and was keen to try and get me back on the round to recovery . He’s asked for
