*Help please* Continuing Zoladex after 6 months treatment, how can I do this?
Hi ladies, I am halfway through a 6 month course of Zoladex and I am really keen to stay on the medication whilst I am on the waiting list for surgery for my severe endometriosis. Has anyone managed to stay on the medication for longer than 6 months? I was told that I would have a surgery date by now

My first PSA reading is 0.2 after Zoladex 3 month after 1st PSA 102 in December 2021 1 bone met in Sacrum Is this a reasonable first outcome of what’s going to be an ever changing rollercoaster ? Thanks

Stopping Zoladex or Lupron
At what point, if ever, would it be advisable to stop injections of Zoladex or Lupron when they cease to be effective in suppressing PC? I am still on Zoladex shots every 12 weeks, despite its failure to work anywhere near as well as it did initially. Given the known downsides to the shots, I wonder

Does the Mirena increase PMDD symptoms?
Hi, I am a 45 year old woman who was diagnosed with PMDD in 2020. That same Psychiatrist recommended the Mirena to help manage the PMDD and the heavy periods. It did lighten the cycle with quite a few side effects including headaches, spotting every day for 1 year. My gyno has revealed to me that the

Moving along
I have now had 4 straight increases in PSA during the past year, but it is still only 0.52. My latest bone scan shows increased activity in the lower spine and new activity in my right leg. My consultant has talked about adding either Xtandi or Zytiga. Having read about the PEACE1 trial, I am favouring

Hi, I started Synarel nasal spray (Like Lupron or zoladex but in nasal spray) and I feel so rough?!? I started it 6 days ago and was okay till day 3 then started feeling tired, weak, bit lightheaded, my appetite gone and feel nauseous, emotional and keep feeling anxious like I’m going to have a panic

Some advice please
Hi everyone, so in the last year I’ve had 2 laparoscopic ops to remove ovarian cysts and removal of one ovary. I have severe endometriosis, had the mirena coil fitted and am currently on Zoladex. A recent MRI has now shown that the endo has spread to my bowel and that my uterus is stuck to my bowel.

Just had a freeze all now moving onto my first FET. They want me to down reg with zoladex for 2 months before having my FET. Has anyone else had tondo this? With it being my first time I would rather not down reg and just have a medicated FET. Anyone been in the same situation?

Is it possible to have endometriosis that can't be found/seen?
I've had 2 laps, most recent by a BSGE certified specialist. No endometriosis has been found, however before the second surgery I was given Zoladex injections and told if they work its likely endo. Zoladex is the only thing that has given me any pain relief, however since they haven't found any endometriosis

Hi Lovely ladies Today I had 2 bits of good news: 1. Stable scan results 2. I can self inject my Denosumab (Xgeva I think in US). This means I rarely have to attend the hospital from now on. My GP does my Zoladex injection and my meds are sent in the post. I go for bloods once a month and get a
