ENDO & IVF FET CYCLE
Just had a freeze all now moving onto my first FET. They want me to down reg with zoladex for 2 months before having my FET. Has anyone else had tondo this? With it being my first time I would rather not down reg and just have a medicated FET. Anyone been in the same situation?

Is it possible to have endometriosis that can't be found/seen?
I've had 2 laps, most recent by a BSGE certified specialist. No endometriosis has been found, however before the second surgery I was given Zoladex injections and told if they work its likely endo. Zoladex is the only thing that has given me any pain relief, however since they haven't found any endometriosis

Self Injecction
Hi Lovely ladies Today I had 2 bits of good news: 1. Stable scan results 2. I can self inject my Denosumab (Xgeva I think in US). This means I rarely have to attend the hospital from now on. My GP does my Zoladex injection and my meds are sent in the post. I go for bloods once a month and get a

Hi all. I had my first Zoladex injection last month (due my second next week) and I wonder if anyone has any tips on managing anxiety/brain fog? I am really struggling as in a high pressure work environment and feeling as though I cannot keep up with what is going on around me. I have never really suffered

Another setback
Last week I had another PSA test and it recorded 0.57 5 months after salvage radiation. Before RT to the prostate bed and pelvic area PSA was at 0.25. 1 month after RT it didn't decrease and it was already at 0.35. So today I had another PSMA PET Scan which came completely cleaned. My doctor, who I appreciated

Experiences of coming off zoladex
I've been in zoladex for 6 months, my last injection was at the beginning of this month, and I've loved it, but my consultant says I can't have any more due to my age and the risks of osteoporosis. I'll be going on the mini pill while I wait for excision and bowel resection. I'm really worried that all

Zoladex and HRT for Endometriosis
I'm new here and looking for advice/stories about what other ladies have experienced. I've suffered with painful periods for a long time and after years of trying every method of contraception I can I have (FINALLY) recently been referred to a specialist consultant who believes the most likely culprit

Advice on zoladex for premature menopause to combat endo pain
Hello ladies I had a 7cm endometrioma cyst on left ovary removed in April 2021, left ovary removed along with both Fallopian tubes. My right ovary had no cysts so was able to be kept but it had to be detached from uterus wall due to adhesions. Recovery was long and slow (they said 2 weeks!) and although

Zoladex injection this week, any tips or advice?
I have my first Zoladex injection this week, does anyone have any tips or advice on what to expect? My consultant has not really said too much at all re the drug aside from I can only have it for 6 months at first, and doing the usual Google reading it looks as though the initial injection may be slightly

Second line treatment after Ibrance, letrozole and monthly zoladex.
I live in the south east of the U.K. previously someone posted the U.K. second line treatment from NICE after Ibrance / letrozle. I can not seem to find it, Would anyone have that article again, as the NICE website does not seem up to date. They removed pathways yesterday ! Thanks and hugs all
