Does anyone get really bad headaches with zoladex?

Just had my 4th injection and my headaches are horrible. Really struggling with them and insomnia.

I did for the first month or so, but they’ve settled down now (I’ve had 3 injections). Are you on hrt too? I’m on tibolone. I believe there are alternatives to zoladex if it’s causing you problems so probably worth going back to the gp. Good luck!

Hi. I just had my third dose this week and have had really bad headaches this whole week. I didn’t actually have them for my first two doses, and I also get migraines just in general but these headaches do feel much worse! I’m sure you already are but ibuprofen / paracetamol can help if you are able to take them. All the best x
