Stopped zoladex but my boobs are so sore

Has anyone ever experienced pain in their boobs after stopping zoladex my last injection was the 26th Jan I've experienced the worst hot flushes since having the Injection they were so much worse coming of it than when I was having the injection but they seem to of calmed down I was having near 30 hot flushes a day but now I'm experiencing tender/sore boobs they feel like their enormous so I'm not sure it could be from coming of it or my body is starting to produce estrogen again and thats whats causing them to be in so much pain If anyone can let me no if this has happened to them before I'd appreciate it thanks girls x
