"Eating enough calories and high-quality protein can slow down the rate of muscle loss. Omega-3 and creatine supplements may also help fight sarcopenia. "Nevertheless, exercising

Canvas
Hello, I've been diagnosed with Canvas. It's rare, but if you have it too, let's chat. In case you're wondering what it is - cerebellar ataxia neuropathy vestibular areflexia syndrome. My neurologist is at Columbia in NYC and I see her every 4 months. I live in upstate NY. Anybody out there?

Hi I’m new
Hi there, my name is Lucy I’m 31 almost 32, I have 4 children. I was born with a mirror arm which means I have no radius and two ulner bones. My shoulder is crumbling and the nerves are all trapped in between bones. I also have rheumatoid arthritis which is agony. I’m so fed up with being in pain everyday

New to the group
Hi all, I have just joined as after years of poor sleep And not understanding why I think I have restless leg syndrome. For years I’ve had sensations in my legs that are hard to describe but inside my legs feels itchy like insects are crawling in them. I have tried everything I can think of to stop

Everyday Life. e.s.a. stopped.
I am finding I am getting more and more forgetful, absent minded. I don't listen. getting more clumsy and lack concentration. Nothing like this came up in my assessment I attended. the forms are all about physical more than mental. in the physical side where I have problems with aching limbs, back etc

Nerve block and rfd, then problem sleeping on left side
Did anyone ever have two successful nerve blocks and then the rfd or burning of nerves on one side of spine and then experience numbness and tingling on one side while trying to sleep? Then they have to turn back over cause it gets so uncomfortable to sleep on that side? It also feels like when you laid
