Anybody have there psa go up after inital treatment with docetaxel and then respond positively on a follow-up treatment?
They were hoping to start my dad on the new PSMA treatment, but they believe that his cancer caused disseminated intravascular coagulation (dic) which dropped his blood values in a way that makes him ineligible currently. He had done Docetaxel, Arbiratarone, clinical trail combo, Cabaziotaxal/immunotherapy

RLS restlessness vs electric shock feeling
I had a question for everyone…. My RLS has the restlessness feeling but it also has the electric jolt feeling which is worse and it’s def more aggravating than the urge to move itself as anyone who I have spoke to knows I am a difficult case and my doctor and I are trying everything. I have recently

Levodopa and food: slows uptake but gives you more in the long run?
According to FDA prescribing information: "In healthy adults, oral administration of Rytary after a high-fat, high-calorie meal reduced Cmax approximately 21% and increased AUCinf approximately 13% for levodopa compared to administration in the fasted state. There may be a delay by 2 hours in the absorption

How long do b vitamins take to work
Hi guys I hope you can give me some hope. I’ve had bilateral paresthesias in my feet and lower legs for a good year now and 2 months ago I realised that b 12 deficiency is a strong possibility. ( I’ve had loads of other treatment previously from chiropractor, physio and doing lots of core strengthening

Accidental subcutaneous v. IM injection?
Hi everyone! — since I don’t have a PCP at the moment due to a move, I just completed my first self-injection. It was so much easier and more painless than it used to be at the doctor’s / than I expected! That said, I’m second-guessing my efficacy. I didn’t jab the needle 100% of the way down at a

I am doing better in some ways. But nerve pain is awful mostly in my right foot. I just got an increase to 900 mg gabapentin. Ice pack on my foot helps a lot but of course that is not always practical. Anyone have experience with this and found any tips or tricks to help? I see wrap around feet ice packs

Sotalol increase
I have been on sotalol 40mg twice per day for almost 2 years. I have been having about 2 to 3 episodes of fast afib lasting around 35 - 48 hours. My EP initially told me to take an extra tablet if this happens, however after seeing him yesterday he says I am on a low dose and he wants me to now take
