Vitamin E
I've done a little research and there seems to be some evidence for it reducing inflammation in
NASH
. But I'm generally a bit sceptical of supplements. Does anybody have an experience/has anybody had any improvement with vit E therapy? Thanks!!

Omega 3 fish oil
I've read that omega 3 is great for
NASH
. I'm really not a big fish eater though, a bit of tuna and that's it. Does anyone know if omega 3 supplements are liver friendly?

cirrhosis. Have had a number of paracentesis procedures now every two weeks. Weight has gone down from 335 to 235 and I had been following my diet and sodium restriction to the letter. I feel great.

First fibroscan today
Nash
is boderline/probable and steatosis is s1-s2. My shearwave elastography said I was f3 . Hepatologist said most scans over estimate from operator errors and few other things . She said blood work is most consistent but she wants to do the fibroscan to put all pieces together.

After months of being terrified of
NASH
I was looking forward to living a normal life with my new healthy habits and got hit with this news. Now I'm more terrified than ever. This new diagnosis has been hard on my 14 year old daughter as well.

Lean pork
I keep seeing conflicting views on pork with
NASH
. I'm talking about pork loins/chops, not ham or bacon etc. Some people say lean pork is fine and others say you should be eating poultry or fish only. Is there a definitive answer?

Do you think you’ve adapted?
If you’ve been dealing with
NASH
/cirrhosis or multiple morbidities - what percentage would you place on each of the three listed statements above? For me; I’ve been thinking about it and the breakdown is as follows : A) - 40% B) - 40% C) - 20%

Colon/rectum cancer with Fatty liver
I do not know if there's any correlation between fatty liver disease and colon cancer, but I am a
Nash
patient and they discovered a Neuroendocrine tumor during a colonoscopy. Please get checked and say some prayers for me. Pretty sure we caught it early enough.

Reversing Stage 4 Nash!
I was diagnosed January 2021 with stage 4
Nash
through a fibroscan and had a liver biopsy for confirmation in February 2021. It confirmed the diagnosis as well as a diagnosis of beginning cirrhosis. I have attached my first 3 scans.

CoQ10 and NADH for chronic fatigue
I've been doing a little reading on these two supplements as treatments for Chronic Fatigue. Just a few articles I found through a google search. Seems like this might be promising approach but I also don't know anyone that's tried it. I'm hoping someone here could chime in... In addition to chronic

Very High Ferritin levels
I most definitely an likely to have
NASH
, not sure stage yet but saw my ferritin levels are 591. I do not drink alcohol at all. What is the recommendation to get this number down below 200? I am very nervous and scared. Thank you for your time answering this question.
