NASH with F2 fibrosis. Trying to lose weight and eat a liver friendly diet.
This is what I'm now doing:
Eating 2000 or below calories per day.
Every day I make sure I get: 800IU Vit E supplement, 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1L of water with squeezed lemon, 2 cups of green tea, 2 cups of coffee, 1 tin of tuna, some walnuts, weetabix or porridge, and 5 servings of fruit or veg.
Evening Meals:
Mon: Cod Loins with Veg
Tues: Pork Loins with veg
Weds: Chicken Breast and wholegrain rice
Thurs: Chicken Stir fry
Fri: Turkey with new potatoes
Sat: A cheat day, AKA a meal out.
Sun: Tuna jacket potato
