Nosebleeds and Apixaban
I managed to see an actual doctor yesterday who diagnosed an infection so prescribed
Naseptin
cream 3xday for a week. I asked about cautery but gps at my practice don't do it. Despite being almost 79 so 13 months from 80 and weighing 8st 9 she wouldn't let me reduce to 2.5mg Apixaban.

Severe anxiety disappeared virtually instantly after damp course installed
And been prescribed
naseptin
cream . The memory problems is the scary thing, the long covid clinic haven't been helpful( long story) but I've now been referred back to the long covid clinic doctor on 17th Feb only by being persistent. Is there anything I can say to get her to get me tests.

Nose sores
I've got
Naseptin
cream but as soon as I stop using it, they return. I'm not even sure if they fully go. I have a Rheumatology phonecall on the 18th October and I will mention it there too. Any thoughts or experiences?

Nose bleeds & xarelto
I did speak with a GP and he prescribed
Naseptin
- saying it’s often due to staph in the nose and as we get older the membranes are thinner etc etc He said my bp readings were fine and gave me upper limits to not go over (preferably) - can’t recall what he said though 😂 I wasn’t holding out much hope

Yes indeeda... it is candida!
Two prescriptions: Nystatin, as many of you are intimately familiar with and
Naseptin
Nasal Cream. Ohhhhh Goody a nasal cream! Haven't had to use that before either! “But fate, as Merlin always taught us, is inexorable.

The $64,000 Question!
From Friday night on, I kept taking the Nystatin, but stoped taking
Naseptin
Nasal Cream... so the bacterial infection has gone untreated. Which did not make sense to me, but GP seemed fined with that. (?) So here's the rub... I feel like "death, warmed over."

Couldn't Make This 💩 Up!
About an hour after I started the Nystatin and the
Naseptin
Nasal Cream, the palms of my hands became ridiculously itchy! I was walking around Waitrose (looking for Sauerkraut, as you do!) and looked like a woman gone mad! I made it home and the itch seemed to subside.

Possible Lupus?
I have had gastro issues and problems with my skin (rashes on my face that come and go) and a soe up high inside my nose which is said to be harbouring a staph infection but it is resisting the
naseptin
cream and two lots of antibiotics so now being referred to ENT.

More symptomatic now headaches and nose bleeds!!
A few weeks ago had an infection which required 2 different antibiotics (amoxicilin with
naseptin
for nasal infection) which has led to being diagnosed with Vertigo (waiting for appointment at Vertigo clinic) but when I went to see doctor and described symptoms he looked in eye and couldn't see clearly

Thought I was down to 30mg Pred....wrong!!
It has now eased off with application of
Naseptin
antibiotic cream. While this was happening pulled muscle in small of back getting out of bath. I managed to ease this with strategic extra cushion. In the last week or so I have struggled to even walk because of muscular pains in both legs.

Help with dry sore nostrils which often bleed.
I was given some ointment to use
Naseptin
, I have repeatedly used this ointment ever since. My nostrils are always sore inside and often bleed. I try not to use it on a daily basis but it does help the pain when I do.

How different are finger, toe, nose & ear ulcers and pulp lesions?
My gp had me using
naseptin
on these for years but then I got resistant. She has me use bactroban now. And my rheumy says I can use bactroban on any finger or toe lesions too After reading the recent ?
