Sinus allergy/infection

Hi I too have suffered a lot with same problem allergies are at the route of it. My GP recommended nasal douching with 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp sugar and bicarbonate of soda mixed with 500 ml of boiled water. I make the solution daily and keep it covered, I also brought a Neti pot which you can pour more easily into nostril. It really works . Oh and keep nostrils moist with naseptin or Vaseline .  I do this twice or 3 times a day during flare ups / infection and try to do it daily.( sometimes forget but his time of year is a time to do it daily) . Do this plus your medicines and you should find reliance on them reduce.  Hope this helps

Timeform, who are you replying to? She would be more likely to see it if you posted it on her thread, rather than a new thread with no name. :)
