Best time of day to have B12 injection
What is the best time of day to have your B12 injection or doesn't it make any difference. I have been surviving on the usual 3 monthly GP injections and now have a small supply of B12 paraphernalia after a promise from someone to inject me and I will see how it goes using them to bloster my NHS one

Would appreciate some input on newest labs!
I went to the lab two weeks ago and got my results today (seeing hormone doctor later this week). I feel quite confused and I'd really appreciate some feedback on them (long post!) I have been on 5 grains of Thyroid-S for the past two years. Last year, I even tried raising it after labs came back: TSH

Supplements for thyroid conditions
Hi I'm a newbie. I've been taken thyroxine for the past 14 years. I started on 50 mcgs initially and after a few years had the dose increased by my GP to 100mcgs. There is a history of thyroid condition in my family. My father had hyperthyroidism and after surgery he developed hypothyroidism. My paternal

Not diabetic which is good. But just said I am tired all the time. He gave me iron prescription for prophylaxis. The only

B12 and rapid feeling better, and then not....
Sorry - asking more questions and a discovery. I am getting B12 injections weekly (from 2x a week) and I feel much better for a day or so, and then symptoms start creeping their way back. I am not ever symptom free - as I know this takes time. I started adding in b12 sublingual twice a day (1000 mcg

Hi guys, Wondered if Thyroid UK recommends any multivitamin brands that are of good quality and reasonable price. To support the thyroid and adrenals. Thanks!

Coughing
I have been coughing for no apparent reason for 8 months. I have finally attributed it to my bio-identical hormones which I have been taking for about 20 years. I have completely stopped taking my estrogen, dhea, testosterone and Progesterone. The cough has pretty much stopped. I was also on NTD 130

Multivitamins and rapid pulse/palpitations
Anybody have this happen? I took the recommended dose for Thorne multivitamin today at breakfast and within the hour my heart felt like it was turning cartwheels! Checked my pulse and it stayed upper 80's for about 30 minutes while bp was 120/88. Anybody have this happen to them?

On 2WW of 5 day blastocyst (aka 'Emby' who I love with all my heart) transferred on Saturday, xxx
I have been reading all the posts for a while and have not said anything about my journey until now. I am 44 and my partner is older than me. I had a really good first cycle, have been eating organic for 3 month, taking pregnacare conception, no alcohol, don't smoke, drinking lots of water/juice shakes

Vitamin levels in renal failure.
My area health group kidney doctors have started to write to GPs asking them to prescribe renavit, a multivitamin pill as HD removes water soluble vitamins from the blood. Because it contains folic acid that is discontinued if you are on it, as I was. It has been approved by NICE so should be country
