Test results, GP says everything is going in the right direction, is she right?
I do feel some things have improved but still have symptoms, constipation, sensitive to cold, brief sharp stabbing in mainly left big toe, foggy brain, aching joints but no way near as bad as they were. These results done on 17.1.18 showed why I was feeling so unwell: TSH 2.89 mu/L (0.35 - 4.94) FT4

Blood test
Hi all just wondered if I should stop taking Carbimazole, which I take for hyperthyroidism , before having my medichecks blood test. I notice that some people are advised to stop their meds and also have bloods taken after fasting. I am having the thyroid multivitamin test. Thank you.

At last!
I'm off to meet the Rheumatologist tomorrow to see if it's GCA, finally after originally seeing doctor in Feb! Tried reducing Pred to 25mg but headache returned so keeping on 30mg. I've read on here that I'll need to take Vit D and Calcium supplements against osteoporosis. Does anyone take a Multivitamin

B VITAMINS ARE VITAL. I did not recover from Hashi's til I took individual B vitamins
you can get your daily dose of these important B vitamins simply by a powerful daily multivitamin, such as BrainMD’s NeuroVite Plus, which combines all 8 B vitamins with more than 50 nutrients and plant extracts in their most active forms to give you whole body-mind nutrition in a way that drugstore

Taking supplements in combination with ADHD stimulant medication is very beneficial, but there is another important detail to adhere
The
multivitamins
provide a different form of B12 that is not as bioactive (cobalamin), and the one I take is the most bioactive form (methyl-cobalamin).

Is it possible to be over medicated on a low dose of Levothyroxine?
I’ve been on my original 50mcg Levothyroxine dosage since February. This past week or so, I have been feeling many symptoms of “hyper” thyroid. I have been extremely anxious, irritable, fast talking & high heart rate during the day; especially at work where my anxiety is naturally high. Then at night
