I do feel some things have improved but still have symptoms, constipation, sensitive to cold, brief sharp stabbing in mainly left big toe, foggy brain, aching joints but no way near as bad as they were.

These results done on 17.1.18 showed why I was feeling so unwell:

TSH 2.89 mu/L (0.35 - 4.94)

FT4 14.5 pmol/L (9.0 - 19.0)

VitD 24 nmol/L Severe deficiency

B12 333 ng/L (150.0 - 883.0)

Folate 6.3 ug/L ( 3.1 - 20.5)

Ferritin 77 ug/L (10.0 - 204.0)

GP increased Levothyroxine from 100mg - 125mg

Prescribed loading dose of Vit D

4000iu daily

I added K2 Better You spray

I began eating liver once a week

Took Sanatogen A-Z Complete Multivitamin stopped after 8 weeks having read on this forum better to take a good B Complex. I ordered Thorn B Complex but couldn’t cope with the smell or the size of the capsules!

Getting out in the sun when it shone!

Started to feel some symptoms subsiding and more myself.

Results on 20.4.18

TSH 0.03 mu/L (0.35 - 4.94)

FT4 18.5 pmol/L ( 9.00 - 19.00)

FT3 4.2 pmol/L (2.60 - 5.70)

B12 417 ng/L ( 150.00 - 883)

Folate 12.7 ug/L (3.10 - 20.50)

Vit D 104 nmol/L Replete 70- 200

My Ferritin wasn’t tested unfortunately.

I am seeing GP this week to discuss the results and would welcome anyone’s thoughts on what I should discuss on trying to get my optimal levels.

I had Hashimoto’s confirmed on 21.2.18

Thyroid peroxidase 932 iu/ml

(0.00 - 6.00)

I have been reducing my gluten intake but plan to go gluten free very soon to see if I can reduce the antibodies.

Many thanks

Results obviously much improved, but FT3 is still a bit low

B12 and folate still need improving

Yes I couldn't stand Thorne or Jarrow B complex often recommended on here

I take Igennus Super B complex. Nice small pills, no smell either.

Many thanks SlowDragon it really helps to have your thoughts. My GP is okish so far but I sense it may become more tricky to work with her as I try to achieve my optimal levels.

The Igennus Super B Complex sound great, thanks!
