Hi 👋🏻 our consultant just said folic acid for me. He also said that most over the counter supplements are pretty useless and doesn’t bother with them. But I noticed you are doing ICSI (same) so guessing male factor comes into it. Our consultant suggested Condensyl for my partner and we bought it from the clinic but think you can get it online too. It’s pretty pricey - £30ish for one month worth but if you look it up online it’s got a good track record so far for improving sperm quality. Other than that we’re also cutting alcohol, drinking more water and changing our diet to be as healthy as possible!

Hi I am in the same position. Have done a lot of looking around on the internet and so many different bits of advice. I would love to know what people have actually been doing. We had an appointment with our consultant on Tuesday and they advised my Husband to start taking condensyl.

Chia, flaxseed, almond Brazil nuts walnuts co10, cacao, lucuma, hemp, maca sometime spirilina or açai and oats.

Do you put all of that in to each smoothie? Sorry to ask question.

Don’t be silly ask away can’t guarantee it’s helped but it’s what I have done. Yea all goes in plus banana and some frozen fruit I usually put blueberries and strawberries plus coconut water x
