Low vitamin D
Hi everyone I've just been diagnosed with low vitamin D, mine is 60 and it should be greater than 75. I understand vit D can affect fertility. Should I be concerned as I'm about to start my 2nd Round this month. I'm already taking pregnacare vitamins Any thoughts welcome x

Suspected IBD
I asked for a referral to a gastro and my doctor said no, I simply have Ibs and tskr
multivitamins
but did agree to give me a fecal calprotectin test. I'm concerned as my symptoms are dormant if you like and quiet the last week or so but this is normal for me then I get a bad flare up.

Any success stories for anyone over 38 on their 2nd fresh round of ivf?
Hello Lovely Ladies, I hope you are all well and taking good care of yourselves. So i failed my 1st funded round of IVF and unfortunately had no eggs to freeze for another try :( I am 37 with unexplained fertility. My partner has really good swimmers and there seems to be nothing wrong with me,although

Vitamins...and walking!
A couple of questions. Due to the stress of the breakdown of a long-term relationship I have put on weight and need to shift it. Many ideas I look at include brisk walking! Can walk but the risk of falling hugely reduces my confidence and as my son said 'you walk as if you have a neck brace on'...

Daily vitamins...
Morning all! Just a quick one, We currently take the Pregnacare Conception for him and her daily. I also still take my original folic acid as well as my generic multi vitamin (taken for as long as I can remember even before ttc). Do I need to take the folic acid along with the pregnacare? Thanks in advance

Apart from a swollen tongue on which I have candida, and constipation that I take magnesium for, I consider myself very fortunate

Vitamin & mineral test denied!
my TSH is still above range 6.58 mU/L (0.38 - 5.33) so it's to be expected until TSH is in range I told him I understood that but wanted to try and help myself to feel better and that I thought supplements would help but needed tests to determine which ones he dismissed this by saying get some OTC
