I think I might have a bit of a problem! I think I'm taking 11 types of pills a day, it's costing me a fortune and I am starting to think I might have some sort of addiction! Even though it's pretty clear that I am never going to have my own baby (and hubby is merrily drinking and smoking away without

Over range B12 and serum folate
Hi everyone, After months of feeling so much better and so much more relaxed, now I am again starting to suffer periods of anxiety. This time I'm pinning all my anxious thoughts on my vitamin B12 and folate results from last November😕. B12 856 ng/L [190 - 800] - Above high reference limit Serum folate

Its getting unbearable
Even more strange,
multivitamins
came up 13 hours later,WHOLE as in undigested. What is going on? I almost cannot take it no more, the suffering is too much. I have more than the symotoms listed and i feel something gross in my gut, like a mass or something.

Iron supplements
Just thought I'd list up the various iron supplements I'm currently ingesting (or injesting, since we may be being taken for a ride). In the morning I take a multivitamin pill (Norwegian made), which includes 15mg of iron(II) fumarate (ferrous fumarate). Then there's the latest addition, also an iron

Folate, homocysteine and cancer... how much folate do we need??
If you are concerned about getting too much folic acid, keep the multivitamin, but skip the energy bars, cold breakfast cereals, and other processed foods that are heavily fortified with folic acid.... https://www.hsph.harvard.edu/nutritionsource/what-should-you-eat/vitamins/vitamin-b/

Bacopa Monnieri
I'm also taking
multivitamins
, probiotics, omega 3 and vitamin D. I still have brain fog and would have liked something to support brain function that would agree with my thyroid meds.

Is DHEA safe to take?
Hi, I’ve seen many people post that they’re taking DHEA (amongst other supplements) and I was wondering if it’s safe to take if you haven’t specifically been told to take it by a doctor? I’m 37yo, I’m taking 300mg CoQ10, folic acid, vitamin d and general multivitamin. My AMH hasn’t yet been tested as

Hi all, I’ve been a lurker here for a couple of months and this is my first post. Due to have a day 6 FET on 1st August (first frozen cycle). 2 failed fresh cycles in the past. I have known about my pcos for 12 years but only got an endo diagnosis this year after a lap for hydrosalpinx. Just wondering
