It's a no. It contains iodine and calcium - neither should be supplemented unless tested and found to be deficient. And like most multivitamins it contains the wrong and cheapest and least absorbable forms of ingredients eg folic acid instead of methylfolate, cyanocobalamin instead of methylcobalamin.

As always, the advice here is to test and supplement t where there are known low levels or deficiencies, multis are generally a waste of time and money.
