Healing Adrenal Glands
I have just seen a summit in which John Gray [Men are frim Mars etc] gave a talk and he says the adrenal glands can be healed using 5,000 mg of vitamin C, 5,000 mg taurine and 5,000 mg MSM three times a day. Has anyone tried this with any success? The link has a video and at the end he talks about this

RLS & more
I've partly got my RLS under control with a combination of medication (Ropinirole 2mg and pregabalin 25mg + 2 co-dydramal tablets) taken early evening. I also use a magnetic underlay on the bed. Most evening the RLS kicks in between 19.00 and 11.00. And usually ends after 3 to 5 Hours, though occasionally

Hypersensitivity Pneumonitis, probable ARDS and SEVERE anxiety
My Mum has been on ITU for 2 weeks now, after a severe reaction to a supposedly mild chemotherapy drug. While her other organs are fine, her lungs are in a bad way. Because it's such a rare reaction (supposedly!!), doctors aren't sure what will happen and how well she will recover. Apparently it's just

Is RLS / PLMS really the cause of all my problems ?
I hope everyone is well and that the responses to my post are helpful to others as well as for myself. Apologies for the long post and the long list of questions Before having ever taken any medication my symptoms are constant significant fatigue, memory loss, cognitive decline. My vision is significantly

Herbal Remedies for Depression/Anxiety?
I've always been wary of pharmaceutical drugs, and heard a lot of good things about St. John's Wort and Ashwagandha, and am wondering if others have had success with theses alternative health remedies? Side effects? I have tried Ashwagandha, and felt less anxious taking it, but it is costly.

Has anyone else got "floppy airways"?
My specialist has diagnosed me as having floppy airways and referred me on to a specialist in fixed airflow obstruction and Floppy Airways at a Wythenshawe hospital. I'm struggling to get any info on it. I understand the basis of the condition and know that treatment can be using a Cpap machine. It came
