Cure OSA

Hi All, I think i am suffering with OSA. Can i get some advice about the cure? I have heard about CPAP. Is it effective and reliable solution?

Please tell me how to cure my OSA.

I am snoring heavliy from past few years and also feel very very sleepy during daytime at work.

Be wise to have a chat with your GP who may send you for tests

I have had a CPAP machine for the last two years and sleep well every night, usually you have to have a sleep test, see your GP. They will make a recommendation from the results of the test. You can only ask, all the best.
