Before I go and buy a whole load more supplements, I was thinking Choline, trimethylglyphine, SAMe and MSM do you think they would help get some energy back, let alone clear some arteries? Am I getting them in food anyway? Thanks for any wise heads.

I read about exogenous dhea supplements and msm to improve sulfation but couldnt find much else . Any help appreciated

Had B12 equivalent at my surgery 426 (110-914) which I think is low so I'm taking B12(methylcobalamin) 1300iu with MSM 130mg planning another private blood test just to see if an improvement.

I am 64 years old and after 22 years of taking the DA Mirapexin, I took my last quarter tablet on July 7th. And whilst on here , in my search for MSM today I also found marine collagen peptides. Supposedly anti inflammatory, helps joints etc. anyone any thoughts ?

Two nights ago I had been taking a supplement for a painful lower back called MSM sulphur and it had strong detox effects. I eventually managed to fall asleep and I had the most incredible experience.

I'm now 5 weeks on and have for the the last 2 weeks been using chondroitin, glucosamine, MSM, vit. C and continue to use supports. Whereas cycling gives no pain, walking still does and becomes uncomfortable after 30 mins/a couple of kms.

I decided to load up on Fenugreek water each day (one quart from simmering 2 Tablesp. seed in one quart of water, cooling, then straining-seeds can be used twice this way) as well as working up to 2 Tablesp. of MSM (sulfur) powder each day in a small glass of water (warning! it's very bitter!)

Because of the affects on my liver and kidneys, I am taking the following: fish oil, Vitamin D, Womens multi vitamin, MSM, milk thistle. Just curious in what everyone is using? I feel its helping a bit when comes to energy.

I'm currently focusing on trying to eat a more anti-inflammatory diet, and am also taking some supplements suggested by my naturopath (curcumin and MSM). I will try tapering down the prednisone again in a bit, but I am terrified of developing GCA.

I have also been taking the magnesium, (MSM). but when the constipation gets bad, I cannot walk. The MSM keeps the poop coming, sometimes it clogs the toilet because there is so much, but the pain with the sciatica is the worst....any recommendations?
