UPSET WITH MYSELF
I wanted to go to a Small Group at my church tonight, as time got near, I had a meltdown and didn’t make it out the door. I just don’t know what I am going to do about this agoraphobia! It’s so frustrating! I have been watching my church on-line for months now because I can’t seem to be able to face

Sertraline or SSRI with Olanzapine
Did anyone take Sertraline or another SSRI with Olanzapine. I have bad anxiety and am scared of Olanzapine because of a higher cardiac event risk. And then if you add Sertraline it can also cause adverse affects. So anxious about Olanzapine and then both.

In a mucking fuddle-brain fog & all that jazz
After being diagnosed with ADHD last year it explains why some things i find nigh impossible to do, it creates a mental block, whilst other things are often easier than the majority can manage, the key to managing this annoying condition is not to beat oneself up about it. Sit me in front of a desktop

Bunion operation
Hi, I am having a bunion operation and hammer toe correction next week (minimal invasive surgery). I'm currently on 3.75mg prednisone. Should I follow sick day rules, maybe increase to 5mg, or first discuss with surgeon and anaesthetist? Thank for this very helpful forum.

Things, regimens, etc that are probably RLS worthless.
THINGS THAT DO NOT WORK FOR RLS All of us with RLS/PLMD have slightly different symptoms. We have tried various 'remedies' to try to relieve our RLS symptoms. We have read articles, some interesting, some ridiculous (bar of soap) that make amazing promises. And there is an entire array of things to

Tips for preparing talk therapy. Bottom up approach.
This is not all the list. But for those who are getting better or using talk therapy feel free to add yours in. Unfortunately, I have not done a lot of personal research on Children, so if there is a parent who is using talk therapy focused on children and you find it is helpful, it would be
