Buspar concern
I took a 15mg buspar and it didn’t stop my panic attack and felt like I was going to have to call 911 so I had to take my 2nd to last alprazolam .5. It was switched because it was controlled and addictive and not my choice but regardless I got bad feeling about this weekend that I’m going to feel another

Short FET IVF cycle, no down-regulation only progynova
Hi everyone, advice needed please… I’ve had a failed fresh transfer and a failed frozen transfer ending in chemical pregnancy. My next option is to go into another frozen transfer on a short protocol with no down regulation. Has anyone had any experience of a shorter frozen protocol? It’s great to have

Help! Hypervigilant of heart!
So I recently had a trigger in my anxiety that might be one of the worst yet. So two weeks ago my anxiety about my heart rate increasing so much continued again and then later I got a feeling in my chest, and my anxiety made me think it was me suddenly gaining "control" over my heart. It made me panic

Hi everyone, I’ve been on this page a while and never posted because I’ve been too scared. In the past year or two I’ve started to become obsessed with food again and weighing myself over and over/taking body measurements. I’ve been abusing laxatives on and off when I feel I’ve eaten too much, letting

Retreating into myself
Hey everyone! I am super nervous, because I just started college this last week at a university 14 hours from home. I have no clue how to cope with all of the anxiety I have. I have had anxiety for about 4 years now, and it hasn't been this bad in a long time. I have been getting anxiety attacks almost

Antioxidants may result in deleterious effects that can negate the benefits of exercise training (e.g., mitochondrial biogenesis)
Have I mentioned lately I have a high school degree, am prone to error, and frequently jump to conclusions? I was looking for something else and stumbled across this: Some studies have demonstrated that supplementation with conventional antioxidants results in deleterious effects that can negate the

Hi. Any CLL peeps out there with swollen tonsils have to do the CPAP machine or mouth gear for apnea? I am feeling out options and both seem to stink to me. CLL is enough. I decided tonsils are staying in throat for now!

Anxiety and panic attacks.. years later
I’ve suffered with anxiety and panic attacks for around 15 years, slowly got worse over the years where the fears were getting worse and worse.. would restrict what I do from stopping going on public transport, then getting in cars, then going shops, etc etc.. to the point where it’s agoraphobia and

Leave No Stone: Noni Juice (Morinda citrifolia)
Somebody on FB had a link to a Noni Juice Cures PD page (they were selling Noni Juice) so I figured I would look for some science behind it. I will probably add this to my diet. Morinda citrifolia mitigates rotenone-induced striatal neuronal loss in male Sprague-Dawley rats by preventing mitochondrial

Menthol, heat rub feeling all over my chest
Hi! I suffer from health realated anxiety. Especially about taking new medication or eating certain foods. It started on sunday after taking a medication that I was nervous about. Since then the skin on my chest feels like how your mouth would feel after gargling mouth wash. It's tingly Like a menthol

Skipped beats in a row
I can go about my day to day fine with no symptoms, and out of nowhere and during my sleep I can have about 5 skipped beats in a row before I jump back into NSR - does anyone else have experience of this? It’s very jolting waiting to go back to NSR, I’m about to start bisopropol to see if this will help

Blood test results , platelet distribution width??
Hiya, I am low in b12 and SI EOD at the moment. Have been going through my blood results and have noticed my Platelet distribution width is always really high(35-55%) and my plateletcrit is always really low. I’m not sure what these are as I notice they aren’t usually in others results. Any input? I

Iboga / Ibogaine Summary (For Dopamine Regeneration!!)
I recently discovered Ibogaine / Iboga in my general psychedelics interest. It is a shrub from the Congo basin of Africa that has been used for thousands of years in healing and ceremony, stemming from the Pygmy and Fang cultures, in traditional Bwiti practices. It is still used by those that practice

Treating OCD
Hey all, I'm 18 years old and OCD has been affecting my life for a while, and it's getting worse. I've been on fluoxetine for two weeks now but it hasn't taken effect yet and has made me quite depressed and anxious. Thinking about putting up with this feeling makes me anxious to think about. Any advice

Brain Fog ?
At this point brain fog is my most annoying side effect of ADT. I am going to start carrying around a pad of paper and pen so I can write down what I am doing. If I go to the shed to get something by the time I get there I have forgotten. It is interesting that it is really just short term memory. I
