Where I'm at so far....
It does seem curious to me that my pathology and PSA would suggest a somewhat advanced cancer, but the MRI shows no
metastasis
outside of the capsule. Hoping I get lucky and there is little or no spread outside of the capsule.

CT scan not what I'd hopedš
Hello I have just had a telephone appointment with my oncologist following Friday's scan. I completed round 6 of taxotere mid August and will continue with herceptin and perjeta infusions which I have been having along side the chemo. So back to the results...he started off by telling me that it's complicated

Needle biopsy of lung nodule
Iām thinking letās just assume that it is cancer
metastasis
from OC and move on with chemo. Can anyone share lung needle biopsy and how OC lung
metastasis
are addressed? Is the biopsy and recovery painful? Thank you so much. Sashay

Back pain has put me back on hospital again.
Last time was the severe pain in my pelvis but this time it's severe pain in the middle part of my spine which does worry me a bit as my
metastasis
is deep in my spine just below this pain. Doctors are looking into it and palliative care team coming to see me tomorrow.

Treatment of Nonmetastatic Castration-Resistant Prostate Cancer With Darolutamide
In the planned primary analysis of a phase 3 trial, the median
metastasis
-free survival was significantly longer with darolutamide (40.4 months) than with placebo (18.4 months). The data for the analysis of overall survival were immature at the time of the primary analysis.

To treat or not to treat: is it acceptable to avoid active therapies in advanced prostate cancer today?

Pain between shoulder blades on upper back. back
Does anyone have pain on upper back between shoulder blades? I lost a muscle in my back when Dr used tissue from my back to reconstruct my breast back in 2006. I was diagnosed with MBC in 2018. I am currently taking a Faslodex injection once a month and with that Dr. recently added 300 mgs of Piqray.

My returning diagnosis of metastatic breast cancer was on 8-21-19. I had 10 cycles of Abraxane and Carbo IV chemo which helped

Just got done with my visit with my oncologist...Hereās the plan: she will get a liver biopsy scheduled for me and will send those results along with my scans to Barnes in St Louis for a consultation. Maybe a clinical trial is available? We will see depending on what mutations they find. There may be
