Radiation after Docetaxel
The scan showed that many of the
metastasis
in his bones shrunk are almost gone. There is one spot in his back that only shrunk a little that the doctor thinks is giving him trouble and causing the high PSA. They are going to do 10 rounds of radiation over a two week.

PCA Prognosis?
After reading many of these posts, I a see that results run the full gamut of decades of survival to months for those with the same treatment I am having, but more widespread
metastasis
. I will press my MO about an update. As someone recently posted: "PSA stand for Permanent State of Anxiety".

PSMA (type of PET scan) revealed
metastasis
to 7 bone sites, with intermittent hip pain alleviated with Tylenol. Occasionally short of breath because, I think, below normal hemoglobin, platelet and iron levels consistent with bone marrow depletion.

My most recent PSMA scan showed further progression of
metastasis
in bone and lymph nodes and my PSA has increased fairly rapidly. Currently taking both Orgovyx & Nubeqa. I'm hoping some of the smart and well versed members might weigh in. Thanks

Initial Phase 1 Data on MB-105 for Patients with PSCA-positive Castration Resistant Prostate Cancer
patient with PSCA-positive mCRPC who was treated with MB-105 and lymphodepletion (a standard CAR T pre-conditioning regimen) after failing eight prior therapies, MB-105 demonstrated on day 28 a 94 percent reduction in prostate-specific antigen (PSA), near complete reduction of measurable soft tissue

I thought
metastasis

Does it really happen to occur a brain
metastasis
given that therapy is working great to him. Does abiraterone also works on any part of the body including brain?

Decipher question
Decipher says that with this score, I have an 8.6% risk of
metastasis
in 10 years if treated with RT or RP, so ADT or another modality is recommended. So, by my math, this means that I have a 91.4% chance of no meta in 10 years if I don't do ADT (or another modality).

Expert Perspective: Exercise, Cancer and Osteoporosis
Not sure whether this might be applicable to a spinal
metastasis
. At the end, he discusses the lack of facilities and individuals with training in exercise medicine for cancer patients. Do any of you have experiences with exercise oncology? Has PCRI or PCF done any webinars on the subject?

They randomized oligometastatic patients to receive
metastasis
-directed therapy (MDT) + ADT or ADT alone. They only evaluated "progression-free survival" which, at 22 months, was almost entirely lack of PSA progression.
