My MO discussed a clinical trial for me today if I qualify with the required genetic markers. My most recent PSMA scan showed further progression of metastasis in bone and lymph nodes and my PSA has increased fairly rapidly. Currently taking both Orgovyx & Nubeqa. I'm hoping some of the smart and well versed members might weigh in. Thanks

Which biomarker are they looking for? There's been limited success with combinations of checkpoint inhibitors, except in patients with certain biomarkers.

Are you a candidate for any of the BiTE trials?

I don’t know which biomarkers. I know that he said that a previous Guardant liquid biopsy revealed one that indicated some resistance to hormonal therapy. And said that I had one of the two markers they looked for to get into the trial. Is it likely that anything would have changed? He repeated the Guardant test yesterday.
