An update
I never used to get it that bad but I feel like now, everytime I drink I wake up with strong feelings of guilt and shame.I've been reading up on cases of people going sober for short periods to see the impact it has on their
mental
health
and I think I want to give it a shot.

Constant lower Back/Left Bum cheek pain
It's tormenting me and hugely affecting my
mental
health
. I've had tailbone mri, xray, steroid injections, colonoscopy in case it was something else. Nothing else showed up. I also have constant pelvic pain but I've learn to tolerate that. But I can't deal with the lower back/bum pain.

why can’t I get protection from the law ie the disability act or something?
I would say I am low in my
mental
health
and have suicidal ideation and he would just tower over me and laugh as I beg him to stop. Every time I plan a trip he sabotaged it and make me cry till I want to die. All while having his bills and food covered by my little universal credit.

Cycle buddies?
I'm already feeling stressed/guilty about taking time off but trying to remind myself I didn't choose infertility and it's ok to take time off for medical treatment (and
mental
health
).

To get him away from the side effects of prednisone, the oncologist put him on Erleadra 240 mg which lowered his PSA but did a number on his
mental
health
so he has been on Lupron only for several months.

Invisible illness and other people
I try and approach things focusing on what I can do, for the benefit of my
mental
health
... But feels like I should be answering every "how are you?" with not great until everyone gets it.... But no one will want to hear from that person who isn't fine every day, it will get old for them fast.

New Year changes
I'm looking for things like exercise ideas, minor dietary changes, supplements, ways to maintain
mental
health
etc, and ideally things that are fairly easy to implement (I don't have the energy, time or enthusiasm for major life changes!).

Obviously this had a profound effect on my
mental
health
as I couldn’t do anything and felt as if I’d have it forever. So I’m intrigued to hear everyone else’s experiences and story’s on the matter!

is so vital. I cut off most of my networks on streaming and replaced them with inspirational apps. It has changed everything.

Feeling frustrated with the Perinatal Mental Health Team
My
mental
health
is thankfully good and I would like it to stay that way but I am upset and angry about how I have been dealt with so far and rather than getting reassurance I am now feeling stressed and upset.

It was real close to the time I started having
mental
health
issues. Anyway I’ve quit for over a year now and it didn’t really dawn on me that this could be a huge cause to my issues.
